We have a 30-day return policy, which means we will have to process a return within 30 days after  receiving& reviewing your item.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At seasonprestige, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may initiate a return by contacting our customer service team using the contact us within7 days of the delivery. 

Our customer service team will provide you with the return address to send the item(s) back within 7 days of delivery.

Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item,we will notify you by email Once your return is approved, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item for inspection and process your return or exchange. 

We will review your return request and inspect the returned product(s)to see if they meet our required return conditions.

Once your return is approved, you will be notify by email. We will complete the refund process within 30 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

ConditionsReturn and Exchange:

To be eligiblefor a return, your item must meet the following conditions;
- Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition and packaging.
- All tags and labels must still be attached.
- Item cannot show any signs of wear or damage. 
- Item must be returned with the original invoice/receipt.
- We do not accept returns due to fit, or sizing and other choose issues. It is the customer's responsibility to review size guides and product details carefully before purchasing.
- Items purchased on sale ,gift cards or at a discounted price are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

- Items that are damaged or defective upon delivery may be returned for a full refund, including the original shipping cost. Photographic evidence of the damage is required.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and he the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
