We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Returns:
- Thank you for shopping with us.We have 30 calendar days within which we will have to process a return from the date of delivery 

 if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process.

We will then review your return request and let you know within 7 working days if your  return meets our required conditions, at which point we will complete the refunded process within 30 days, subject to the conditions below..

Return Conditions:

• Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition and packaging.
• All tags and labels must still be attached.
• Item cannot show any signs of wear or damage.
• Item must be returned with the original invoice/receipt.
• We do not accept returns due to fit or sizing issues. It is the customer's responsibility to review size guides and product details carefully before purchasing.
• Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for returns or refunds.

- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.
- If items were purchased by friends/family member and were shipped to you as a gift,

ONLY the primary purchaser has the right to apply for a refund.

Refunds:
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@seasonprestige.com for a return address with a  photography proof of item.

Shipping for Returns:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also email you the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

- If you are approved for a refund, 25% restocking fees will be deducted from the refund then you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

Order Tracking:

Import Duty and Taxes:

• For orders over $100 USD that qualify for free shipping, the product prices and shipping costs already include any applicable sales taxes. However, customers are still responsible for paying any additional import duties or fees charged by their local customs authority. These charges can vary depending on the item, its value, and the customer's location. • For orders under $100 USD with standard shipping rates, the product prices, shipping costs, and any applicable sales taxes are all included in the total checkout price. As with free shipping orders, customers are still responsible for paying any additional import duties or fees levied by their local customs office.

We do not have control over these import charges beyond the included sales taxes. Customers should check with their local customs office for more information on potential import fees before placing an order.

If a customer needs to return an item, they are responsible for any duties or taxes paid on the original order. We cannot refund or waive these charges as part of the return process.
In the event that the item is held by customs for additional fees, the customer will need to work directly with their local customs office to resolve the issue and retrieve the package. We cannot intervene or provide assistance with customs clearance.

Damages:
